GOAL

This vacuum cleaner has been designed for an important  automotive company in order to vacuum the oil mixed with the metal shavings derived from the process of production.

ACTION

It has been created to separate the solid parts so that the oil can be reused.

The oil, once purified from the solid parts is discharged via a self-controlled centrifugal pump. The metal remain inside the basket (the basket is easily separable from the vacuum cleaner when has to be emptied.

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with 3 levels of filtration of oil mist:

> three-level filter with G2 efficiency rating that increases the capacity of filtration by reducing load losses;

> oil mist cartridge filter;

> safety filter to protect the blower against oil mist and dust.

The first two filtration levels are in turn double and work alternately allowing the filter to self-clean for coalescence effect.
