GOAL

Loading 3 different products into 6 extruders.

BENEFITS:

the operator will not have to pour products manually by going over the extruder’s balcony. Thanks to the vacuum system a single suction unit will be able to load 6 different stations avoiding contamination with external agents and without dust dispersion into the environment. A differential pressure switch is mounted on the safety filter of the suction unit to recognise when the filter is clogged.

This will allow timely intervention and good maintenance of the system.
