GOAL

Transferring and dosing defined amounts of product (settable via the panel in the control cabinet) from two big-bag emptying stations to two premixers.

• Safe transport avoiding external
• No dust dispersion into the environment (previously these products were loaded manually with bags inside the premixers)
• Remote assistance to intervene in case of faults;
• Interfacing with their supervisory system, to monitor and interchange data during all stages of the process;
• Reduced costs and safe working (product will now be supplied in big-bags and no longer in sacks and operators will no longer have to handle loads manually)
• High level of technology to prevent possible faults (compressed air treatment kit that feeds our line, so that any faults and/or lack of compressed air in the circuit can be detected in real time) sensor placed on the safety filter cartridge kit, capable of detecting any clogging of the filter and being able to intervene in time (this will also make it possible to understand whether the primary filters of the hoppers have been damaged).
