GOAL

Our solution is to automate the process starting from the storage of the powders in silos with hermetic loading up to the possibility of formulating recipes with loss-in-weight dosing and pneumatic convey of the same in closed pipes, to avoid any possible dispersion of dust.

BENEFITIS

the system has made it possible to reduce at minimum the risk of chemical exposure to fine dust among the personnel involved. Avoiding manual handling and the consequent dispersion of dust, the working environment is cleaner and healthier with following savings in terms of both maintenance and hygiene costs. Operators benefit both in terms of saving time and physical effort because the system automatically carries out the convey and dosing of the powders.

The automation and interfacing of our system with the company management system has allowed the customer to improve its production process with a view to progression towards industry 4.0.
