INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANERS FOOD AND PHARMA
This family of vacuum cleaners RGS has been created to solve all problems of dedusting, cleaning and removal of waste related to the world of packaging and packaging especially in the food and pharmaceutical sector.
Over ten years of experience in the sector has allowed us to design these vacuum cleaners in order to avoid the accumulation of residues in hidden parts and the white colour is ideal to allow a thorough cleaning of the vacuum cleaner.
In addition to the painted steel versions, the versions partially or totally made of AISI 304 steel are available that allow the recovery and reuse of powders and allow their use in the pharmaceutical sector.
The FOOD and PHARMA range consists of:
- FOOD and PHARMA VACUUM CLEANERS: are real mobile vacuum cleaners for the on-board suction of important quantities of product, but also usable at the end of the shift for the general cleaning of the working environment.
They are also available in ATEX version, with a full range of easy to install options that make them particularly suitable for the pharmaceutical world.
- TRIMEXTRACTORS: vacuum cleaners for plastic waste or other materials usually produced by the packaging machines in the moment of the package, besides removing the waste, these vacuums compact in the filter bag so to optimize in the operations of emptying.
Available with powers from 0.9 to 4 kW and containers from 105 to 215 liters.
- SUCTION UNITS: RGS three-phase suction units are ideal for installation on process machines and processing lines in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.They are suitable for extracting small quantities of dust for continuous use. “BA” versions are available horizontally with visible or faired motor and “BAV” versions are vertically arranged, always equipped with a protective casing.
Available with motors from 0.37 kW up to 4 kW of power.
